Make tensorflow/tensorflow-gpu install clearer

If you have tensorflow package installed, it apparently uses the CPU even if you have tensorflow-gpu and a properly set up GPU. I fixed this by uninstalling tensorflow, but it would have been nice to realize this earlier.
