Fix issues with xboxswapped controller

reacting in the same time to throttle and steering, which made it
totally unusable.

Arduino drivetrain support

add "sensored" to brushless motor reference

A template meant to familiarize users with Arduino drivetrain related
config options and sample code.
Allows users to control a an Arduino drivetrain car with a joystick.

Document the following:
1. How to connect Arduino pins to servo/ESC.
2. What sketch to load onto the Arduino side
3. Explain calibration mechanism for Arduino drive train.
4. Provide sample snippets showing how to make use of this part.

First comment about instructions to follow stated "updated" 2017 Make Magazine article.  Changed to OUTDATED and moved to end of the paragraph.

Arduino calibration values vary from 0 - 180. This is different from
PCA9685 for which the calibration values vary from 0 - 1500.

Add --arduino switch to the calibrate command to accomodate this.
