PROGRAPE system can calculate by considering particles as astronomical objects in theoretical astronomy and particles as molecules in fluid dynamics, and can accelerate the total processing time by accelerating just inter-particle interaction in n-body problem. We learn how to use PROGRAPE system and how to program with that system.
