Overview†

This project is implementation and evaluation of soft error resilience method for 3D Network-on-Chip.

Research Description†

• Random Access Buffer: isolate the faulty buffer from the operation.
• Bypass-link-on-Demand: using a back-up link to maintain the connection of the crossbar when a fault occurs.
